PRO PLAN launched the Nutrition for a Lifelong Care platform to move the brand beyond associations with clinical veterinary nutrition and towards a more personal role in pets’ everyday lives.
Built around the idea that every dog has unique needs shaped by breed, size and lifestyle, the platform aimed to make expert care easier to understand and apply for owners.
As part of the platform, we developed Small Breeds With Great Needs campaign, focused on small dogs whose health and behavioural needs are often underestimated because of their size.
We created a personalized mobile experience where owners could learn more about their dogs’ specific characteristics, habits and sensitivities.
Based on more than 60 breed-specific traits and conditions, the app recommended tailored nutrition solutions and helped owners better understand the everyday needs of their pets.
